Mysterious Package

As Eveline opens the door to go out one evening, she finds a package outside of it, wrapped nicely with a bow, but no note. Opening it, she sees a dress, that dress, the one she had been looking at in the store. It had been expensive, and she hadn't had time to charm the owner at the time. The satin coloured as the bordeaux wine and black lace match perfectly together. With it is a necklace in a box, a beautiful golden necklace and a dark red ruby at the center, it looks fit for royalty. Her vampiric senses smells a soft hint of blood on it however. On the golden backside of the large jewel is an engraving, looking clear as day, as if brand new, a symbol of some kind. She recognises it as some kind of stamp, the kind usually used to mark property, some uses it on cattle, some on documents and some on buildings. In the bottom of the symbol she finds the only clue to whom this might belong; F.R.
